1. Acceptance of Terms

MyClickShield is a click fraud protection service operated by VELJASMELE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In these Terms of Service, "we", "our", "us" and "MyClickShield" refer to VELJASMELE LTD. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

By using MyClickShield, you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it. We're the UK-registered company you're contracting with.

2. Description of Service

MyClickShield provides click fraud protection services for digital advertising campaigns. Our service:

  • Detects and filters invalid traffic on your advertisements using advanced detection algorithms
  • Integrates with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads via their official APIs
  • Automatically adds flagged IP addresses to your campaign exclusion lists (user-configurable)
  • Generates reports and analytics on detected invalid traffic for your review
  • Allows you to review, modify, or disable every automated action from your dashboard

We use the Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, and Microsoft Advertising API solely to access campaign and traffic data for the purpose of detecting invalid clicks and providing analytics to you, the authenticated advertiser. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. All automated actions taken on your advertising accounts (including IP exclusions and conversion adjustments) are fully configurable and reversible from within the MyClickShield dashboard, and you may revoke API access at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Advertising Platform Connections

4.1 Authorization

By connecting your advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads), you:

  • Authorize MyClickShield to access your advertising accounts via OAuth
  • Grant permission to add IP addresses to your exclusion lists
  • Grant permission to report invalid clicks on your behalf
  • Confirm you have authority to connect these accounts

4.2 Platform Compliance

You acknowledge that:

  • You must comply with Google Ads Terms of Service when using Google Ads integration
  • You must comply with Meta Platform Terms when using Meta Ads integration
  • You must comply with Microsoft Advertising Agreement when using Microsoft Ads integration
  • MyClickShield is not responsible for any violations of third-party platform terms

4.3 Disconnection

You may disconnect your advertising accounts at any time through your dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will stop accessing your ad accounts but may retain historical data as described in our Privacy Policy.

In plain English

You decide which ad accounts MCS can touch and you can revoke access any time. You're still responsible for following each ad platform's own ToS — we don't shield you from that.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • All plans include a 7-day free trial
  • When you start your free trial, we place a $1.00 authorization charge and issue an immediate refund for the same amount to verify that your card is valid and has available funds. The net amount retained by MyClickShield is zero. Depending on your bank, both the charge and the matching refund may appear separately on your statement, and the refund may take up to 10 business days to settle.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance after the trial period
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial paid subscription
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Access continues to the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months but you keep paid time.

6. Service Levels and Limitations

  • Each subscription tier has specific limits on monitored clicks and sites
  • Exceeding your plan limits may result in reduced functionality or upgrade requirements
  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

Acceptable use — what you can't do

The list below isn't exhaustive but is enforced. Material violations result in account termination without refund.

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the service to commit click fraud or other fraudulent activities
  • Resell or redistribute our service without written authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the service to violate advertising platform policies
  • Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

8. Data Processing

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • We process click data to detect fraud patterns
  • We share necessary data with connected advertising platforms as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent/legal basis to use our service on your websites
  • You will display appropriate privacy notices to your website visitors

9. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property — short version

Everything in MyClickShield (detection algorithms, dashboard, documentation, brand) belongs to us. You get a license to use the service, not the underlying code or methods.

All content, features, functionality, algorithms, and technology of our service are owned by VELJASMELE LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We specifically disclaim:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees that all fraudulent clicks will be detected
  • Guarantees that no legitimate clicks will be blocked
  • Warranties regarding third-party platform integrations
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • MyClickShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost advertising spend
  • We are not liable for actions taken by advertising platforms
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyClickShield, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms
  • Any claims related to your advertising campaigns

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse our service or support staff

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties
  • If unresolved, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
  • Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyClickShield regarding the service.

You keep full access until the end of your current billing period — we don't cut you off the moment you click cancel. We don't pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a paid month, but the time you've paid for is yours.
Yes, within 30 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. Email [email protected] and we'll process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. After the 30-day window, refunds become discretionary and are reviewed case-by-case.
When the 7-day trial starts, we issue a $1.00 authorization to verify your card is valid and has available funds, then immediately refund the same $1.00. Some banks display these as separate line items even though the net is zero. The refund clears within 10 business days.
Reverse-engineering our detection algorithms, sharing your account with unauthorized parties, reselling MCS without a partner agreement, attacking our infrastructure, or using MCS to perform click fraud (rather than block it). Anything in section 7 of the terms. We enforce these — material violations result in account termination without refund.
Yes. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom terms covering data residency, audit rights, custom SLAs, and dedicated support. Email [email protected] with your requirements and we'll work from your paper or ours.
Yes. For material changes (anything affecting your rights, billing, or how we use data), we email all active customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The version history at the top of this page also tracks the last three changes.
